It’s about understanding your body, learning to listen to it, and building eating habits that feel clear, sustainable, and supportive.

How I work

I bring over 17 years of experience in nutrition, shaped by living and working in Copenhagen, London, New York, and Sydney.Growing up in Denmark shaped my approach to food & health: practical, balanced, and grounded in simplicity. I bring that perspective to my work, helping women, parents, and teens make sense of nutrition in a way that feels clear, realistic, and sustainable.My focus is on practical, evidence-based nutrition that supports everyday life. Alongside private sessions, I teach in schools, lead parent workshops, and work with non-profit organisations.

What a session looks likeBefore we meet, you’ll fill out a questionnaire covering your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. This gives me a clearer picture of where you are and helps us use our time together well.
In the session, we’ll review what you’ve shared, look at the bigger picture, and identify practical nutrition and lifestyle steps that fit your real life. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and simple tools you can start using right away.

Real change takes time. This package gives us the space to look at the bigger picture, work through layers, troubleshoot what comes up, and adjust as needed — so you can build habits that last.
It’s ideal for ongoing digestive or hormonal concerns, parents making meaningful shifts at home, or teens who benefit from steady support as their bodies, routines, and needs change.Sessions are typically spaced 2–3 weeks apart, with flexibility based on what you need. You’ll also have email support between sessions for questions, reflections, and small adjustments along the way.
