What a session looks likeAhead of our time together, you'll fill out a questionnaire covering your health history, current concerns, and goals — so we can use our session fully to focus on you. We'll then talk through what's going on, make sense of it together, and map out practical next steps you can actually live with. You'll leave with clarity, not a rulebook.

Real change takes time, and this package gives us the space to work through layers: adjusting, troubleshooting, and building habits that actually stick. Ideal for ongoing gut or hormonal concerns, parents making meaningful shifts at home, or teens who benefit from steady support as their bodies and routines change.
Sessions are typically spaced 2–3 weeks apart, with flexibility based on what you need. You'll also have ongoing email support between sessions — so you're never left wondering what to do next.
